Madera Coastal is the perfect spot for fishing enthusiasts, offering easy access right from the private bulkhead. Guests can enjoy the following:

• While underwater fishing lights are not available yet, two pier lights on the bulkhead can be turned on for night fishing. Underwater lights will be added soon.

• There is no dedicated fish cleaning station, but guests may clean fish on the bulkhead. A water hose is available on the lower level to rinse off fish and coolers. Please clean up and dispose of waste properly to keep the area ready for everyone.

• Fishing gear is not provided, so please bring your own rods, tackle, and equipment.

No, the property does not have a private boat ramp. However, there are several public boat launches available in Rockport, TX.

  The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to reserve and book the property. A valid government-issued ID may be required at the time of booking. The guest who makes the reservation must remain on the property for the entire stay and is responsible for all members of their party.
  This ensures a responsible point of contact is on-site throughout your visit.

  Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM. During peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), early check-ins are not available. In the off-season, early arrivals may be possible but are not guaranteed.

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM. During peak season, late check-outs are not available. Guests who remain past 11:00 AM may incur a $100 fee plus $25 for every additional 30 minutes.
    These times allow our team to prepare the home for all guests and ensure a smooth transition between stays.
